  We stopped here one night on the way home from a European trip. We arrived late at night into JFK due to flight delays and were faced with having to transfer to LGA early the next morning. The clerk was extremely friendly and helpful even at that hour; he promised to reserve a taxi in the morning to take us to the airport and the taxi was there as promised, the driver even wanted to leave early to beat the traffic. The hotel itself is nothing special--the double room was very small, though clean, and the closet was in an odd place. The hot water in the shower took a long time to get going. Breakfast was plentiful and efficient, though, which really helped at 6:30 a.m. What I'll remember most about this place is the good service.
