  The hotel has a 24 hour cancellation policy. ie. If you need to cancel, you must cancel 24 hours before 4 pm on the day of arrival, otherwise you will be billed for the room. Due to issues with the airline, i was unable to arrive on the appointed day and tried to cancel my reservation on the morning of my scheduled arrival and was told i would have to pay for the room.
  
  My recommendation to fellow business travelers is that there are many nice, reasonably priced hotels and motels in the Sacramento area without this draconian cancellation policy that I would never risk staying here again.(I have no control over airline cancellations, etc.). My copmany will also never do business with this hotel again.
