Nasty!

Had a suite because I was traveling with 2 elderly people. After getting them settled...no sofa bed. Confusion at the desk & they finally went to check for a suite with a sofa bed. Reregistered, got the folks packed up and moved to a new room. It smelled TERRIBLY of smoke even though it was non-smoking. The clerk HAD to have noticed when checking on the sofa bad but said nothing. Older folks were too tired to move again so we stayed. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close. It was a horrible place to stay. Don't be fooled because the lobby looks nice.

It looks nice when you walk in, but beware! I was traveling with 2 elderly people and after getting them settled in our room I came to realize there wasn't a sofa bed for me to sleep in. Went down to desk...much confusion about rooms...clerk went looking for a suite with a sofa bed. Registered, got the older folks packed up and went to the new room. It was non-smoking but very obviously had been smoked in WHICH the clerk would have noticed when he checked on the sleeper sofa. We stayed anyway because moving again would have been too much for older people who have trouble getting around. The carpet was badly stained, it smelled funky and the bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close. Do not stay here...it's awful!

The lobby looks very nice but the rooms were nasty! I was traveling with 2 folks in their 80's, who don't get around very easily. Booked a suite only to find there was no sofa bed....after we were all settled in. Went down to the desk and they were confused, so had to go look for a room with a sofa bed. Got a new room, went and packed up and when we got to the new room someone had been smoking in it even though it was non-smoking. The desk clerk had to have noticed when checking on the sofa, but gave us the room anyway. We ended up staying in it anyway because to mkove again would have been to hard on the old folks. I would never, ever stay here again!!

This hotel was good for a one night travel hotel. It wasn't very clean in our room. There was stuff splattered on the walls and down the front of the counter. Beds were comfortable and airport access is phenominal. Easy to find.

We stayed here one night needing a good night sleep to get up and travel to Knoxville, TN the next day. A team arrived around 10:00 and the first time I heard them in the hall I thought someone was being assaulted. The screams caused both of my children to start crying. The front desk said they would fine the coach. Well this didn't help us get a good night sleep. The coach wasn't even on the same floor. They ran up and down the halls, banged on the walls, screamed at each other and it sounded like they were jumping on the beds. The hotel staff did NOTHING. The last time I heard them was around 3:30 in the morning. If you want a good night sleep do not stay here because they will not do anything about routy guest. This started off a 10 day trip with us being very tired. I will never stay here again. Also the exit to the hotel is closed at this time and getting to the hotel is not easy.
