I have never ever stayed in a hotel that was this bad before. They lied about their facility and their amenities. Ist, the hotel stinks like Ramon Noodles. The hallways are hot and musty. 2nd, they said they provided a crib. Well they do. A nasty looking crib with a KING sized sheet wrapped around the mattress as a crib sheet. Have they not ever heard of a baby suffocating from having bedding in the crib? 3rd, the pool is not heated at all like it says it is. The pool is freezing cold and the chemicals are soo strong in the pool that it burns your eyes and skin. 4th, the breakfast is not hot. It is cold and nasty. The hot part is cold pancake and nasty looking egg white things you are to put in the microwave. 5th, the mattress on the pull out sofa was soo disgusting I would not let my kids sleep on it. When I went to complain about these things to the manager he told he to check out and leave! He offered nothing but an argument. I have never been treated so badly. Do not stay at this place!

I paid $* a night in a very nice area close to GA 400, North Point Mall, Roswell and Alpharetta shopping. The hotel was deinitely not a 5 star hotel, but that's not what it claims to be. You get a typical bed, comforter had a few holes/stains, TV was old fashioned, A/C unit worked but was loud, and I had a few ants around the sink to keep me company. The front desk staff was friendly and seemed genuinely glad that I chose their hotel. Breakfast bar was 100% carbs like cereal, donuts, bread, etc. The room had a refrig and microwave. If you're looking for fancy down pillows, fresh new bed comforter, flat screen TVs, etc., this is not the place for you. If you're on a budget and just need a safe, comfortable place to stay, this place will do just fine. It's within walking distance of a Waffle House, and Indian restaurant, and a liquor store.

I checked out immediately without opening my bags.I checked into another hotel at twice the rate.They were rude and obtuse in that they would not return my credit card info. I was surprised and will not use that type of service again.

The TV channels available didn't match those listed in the room. CNN was FoxNews, HBO was Cinemax, no Comedy Central. The door was loose and would jostle very loudly whenever the pressure outside the door would change, such as whenever anyone opened the hotels front door to the outside.Room was fairly large.
