We stayed overnight at this hotel with our cocker spaniel. Surprisingly, the room had a fresh odor, no signs in the room that there had been pets there! We were on the back side, ground level-perfect for us. The price was reasonable for a hotel of this type and we would stay there again. Customer service was excellent.

The hotel was the very best for the money. The kids enjoyed the free hot breakfast and heated pool the most. A great family hotel, since each suite is large and can sleep up to 6. Checkin was smooth, and the hotel is newly remodeled so everything was working great. The mall is a big plus, and right outside the hotel. We will be back again. Oh, and the discount Biltmore tickets saved us $60, we bought those fron the hotel , so we did not have to wait in line at Biltmore.
