  Hotel was within minutes of the airport and the Cowboys stadium, yet kept us from being right in the middle of all the chaos. Provided a very enjoyable experience for our first visit to the Arlington area. Staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was very clean. Good, hot breakfast for free too :)

  The location leaves a lot to be desired since there it is located on the service road with limited access. It is dark on the interioir. /the business centr wan out of serv9ice when I visited there. Then staff on the front disk laCKED PROFESIONALISM AS THEY WEre ENGAGED on BOTH SHIFTS IN PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS which I had to interupt to transact business. I had to request directions due to the conversatioin in the morning. Upon checkout, I was asked if I wanted to have additional charges added to my AMEX card. I did not give them that card nor did I charge the room on that card. When I questioned the cleak, she laughed and said "oh, yoiu booked through the travel website. She should have had that information when she retrieved my bill.

  Staff was friendly , but not knowledgeable . room had a strong musky smell. beds were extra firm. water only came out of half the shower head. room door would not lock ...

  Staff was friendly , but not knowledgeable . Room had a strong musky smell. Beds were extra firm. Water only came out of half the shower head. Room door would not lock from the outside. After discovering this tried it a few times making sure the door was completely closed . Told the front desk this upon checking out,as we discovered it right before check out . They did not seemed concerned. I used the GOOD-BUY prepay with Travel online .This confused the staff on check-out . Then the receipt I was handed had my name but a different amount and a different credit card number on the it. They informed me that was just to get the receipt to print that I had checked out.

  Most of the people that i dealt with in this hotel was very rude. starting by the drivers and frontdesk employees.

  The spa tub was great but if you don't smoke don't make the mistake of taking a smoking room, it took 5 hrs to clear the smoke out ...
