  After getting trapped in hot springs due to snow closing the major highways, we were thankful for smart phones and the travel agency directing us to this hotel. I'm really picky about where I sleep and was not at all disappointed with this choice. The hotel appeared to be brand new inside and out. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the mini fridge to keep drinks and snacks in. The next morning I noticed noise in the hallway and adjoining room, but I wasn't disturbed at all the night before. It was also great to have a complimentary hot breakfast the next morning since we didn't feel like getting out in the snow. We asked for a late checkout and were granted an extra two hours to give the snow time to melt. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again when I travel to hot springs.

  Hotel is only a couple of years old, so everything is still new. The room was spacious and immaculate. Font desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good; couldn't have asked for more. Will certainly stay here again.

  Of the 5 hotels we stayed at on our trip, this was one of the best. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The pool was large and heated. The breakfast could have used more, fresher fruit. The hotel is right next to the 270 freeway, but the AC fan covered up any road noise. The 2 elevators worked fine. The work desk in the room was large and workable. Lots of plugs for laptop and accessories. jack

  This is a brand new property. The rooms are large, the decor is very pleasing, the location is very centrally located to restaurants and other attractions. A very easy spot to leave and return to since both of this citys major highways intersect just about a block away. The staff was nice and the pool and hot tub were all clean and nice. Everything about the hotel is first class.
