We had a terrible experience with the front desk at this hotel! We had to call twice for directions, late at night, and were given the wrong directions twice. Not only were they completely wrong, but the front desk staff was rude and belligerent when giving the wrong directions. She had told us to take a certain exit number, which we did, but of course we were on the completely wrong road! When we called her from the exit and told her what street we were on she explained that didn't help her at all since she wasn't from the area. When we finally found the hotel, it was an hour later. The hotel itself was fine - we only stayed one night. But given our experience and the apathy even the next morning with the front desk staff when we tried to explain - we'll never stay at this hotel chain again!

I was billed twice for my stay due to an error at the front desk and the manager has not credited my account after 3 months. Won"t return calls and is one of the rudest people I"ve ever come in contact with when he does call. Stay away if you value your credit card account information.

When I checked into the hotel they put me in a handy cap room. I am not a hadicap there was not bath tub in the room so they moved my room when I went to the bath room the handle fell off the tolite . It was not very clean in the rooms and whaen I checked out I asked for a card to fill out and they would not give me one. So I will never stay there again it was a weekend from hell they did not even have towles by by the pool. I travel for my job a lot and I would never stay there or tell anyone to stay there it was horrable.
