My stay here was excellent. All of the employees were so helpful and friendly. The owners are wonderful people with such humble spirits. The manager and entire staff went out of their way to ensure everything was above and beyond our expectations. All of our convention needs were met with professionalism and great attitudes. The hotel is immaculate, the food was good and the rooms are great both in size and cleanliness. I will definantly stay again and again and again. As a matter of fact this is the site for our Fall Conference. The 5 star rating is exactly right. This Hotel is second to none.

We arrived w/ speedy check-in and a smile. All the amenities they offer is the best bargin for any stay to memphis or west memphis. We were offered several different local coupons for dinning and entertainment. We also went to eat in downtown memphis...just 5 min. away but glad we did not stay there. We will be back...kids loved the indoor pool. BRAND NEW w/ a breakfast equal or better than cracker barrell
