was full weekend we were there for my daughter to check in at COTTEY.we had resevations and got a room where the outside door was broken. had to go thru lobby. the room was musty, one of the beds was wet. not at all nice. was told that was last room. was mad cuz had a reservation and was paid for so we could have late check in. iwrote to corporate to complain after getting home. they forwarded my complaints to the hotel itself and NEVER heard a word. Will never stay again
