If you walk around our neighborhood you will see the careful restoration of older homes in all shapes, sizes and colors - ideal for photographers, artists and anyone interested in architecture. The Inn has also a nice roof-top patio which is a perfect place to relax after sight-seeing and to enjoy the scenery of the neighborhood. I used to stay here for cheap rooms, but now that its been renovated the value has doubled. Its cheaper than any of the other downtown hotels, has a fridge, microwave, AC, and there's someone around 24/7 to give you a hand. Breakfast is pretty plain, but its good, and the owners are really sweet. Most importantly, the place is clean as a whistle, and you can walk downtown in 15-20 minutes. If you don't wanna shell out *$ a night, go to the Commons!
