Conveniently located in the Recoleta area close to fantastic restuarants, great shopping, and beautiful architecture. This was a wonderful experience and the management staff was incredibly helpful. The one negative were the bed pillows as they desperately needed to be replaced. The bed however was very comfortable. The lounge chairs around the pool could use updating as well.

I stayed in a studio apartment with 2 twin beds and it was one of the nicer places we stayed at during our trip to Argentina. The apartments are in a mix use building where there are offices and apartments. If possible ask for an apartment facing away from Callao Avenue because traffic noise will keep you up all night. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious for a studio and had all the amenities of an apartment such as fully stocked kitchen. Of course there is no need for you to cook because you are within walking distance of many great restaurants in Recoleta. If your room includes breakfast the staff in the office will give you vouchers for continental breakfast at El Callao restaurant at the end of the block. You have to eat lunch or dinner at this restaurant because it is a true deal and the food is yummy! The building is not far from Recolata Cemetary and there is a subway stop a few blocks away. Also, Santa Fe shopping street is only 2 blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was friendly and spoke good English. They also helped with day trips and to make reservations for shows. The room was clean and well equiped and the kitchenette was a nice touch. The only annoying thing was the radiant heat through the floor that could not be turned off so we HAD to run the A/C to get comfortable. Great location.

For U$S 120.00 we got a room where the curtains were dirty and hanging out of the reel allowing the light to penetrate and waking us up at 5:30 AM; the sheets were old and had holes, so were the towels that were grimy and had holes...we requested the change and they did it.
The night lamp was also broken, so was the shower and we had to hold the handle in order to use it. -

Nice central location. Good quality for the price. More of a short term apartment than a hotel. Very nice features for longer stays. The address is the easiest to remember I have ever seen "Callao 1234". Callao is pronounced "cash-ow".
