The hotel has some negative attributes. The floors are squeaky and so when others guests come home at 3 AM it can wake you up. The front desk help was somewhat uneven. Some knew a great deal about the area, and some did not seem to know the area. The computer in the lobby costing * Pd for 10 minutes, was not connected to a printer and therefore, you could not print your boarding pass. Finally the front desk helped print our boarding passes, but it seemed like an inconvenience to them. It seemed like the Hotel should have been better prepared to help travelers. The hotel is close to downdown, the Art Museum, train station and bus routes. Very convenient. The rooms were clean and well kept. The restaurant was acceptable.
