Located in ensenada honda, considered one of the caribbeans safest bays in the tiny island of Culebra, 18 miles east of Puerto Rico, with a laid back atmosphere and an abundance of natural attractions. A large portion of the island of Culebra is a national wildlife refuge protected by the u.s. Fish and wildlife service and the department of natural resources. Culebra is about 4 by 7 miles and it is one of a chain referred to as the spanish virgin islands though technically it is a part of the greater antilles and is u.s. Territory.
