This hotel is large with 3 floors, we stayed three nights at a room on the poolside, was really nice and quiet. The room was very clean and had daily maid service, wireless worked well we got a chance to check email which was nice. . . overall, it was really a wonderful stay.

This hotel has a great location, it is built up on a hill, so hwy noise is not much. Rooms are available on top floor which also is on ground level, this is where we stayed at. Staff are great, very friendly. Checked in late night, very comfortable room, loved the granite counters at the vanity area. Breakfast continental, which you can actually take to your room. The pool was cold but we enjoyed relaxing out there. My wife and I were very happy staying at this place, a great place to stay and if we are ever in this area again we would stay again next time.

Stayed 5 nights in may 2010 - really could not believe it until we got there, the hotel is absolutely clean, the cleanest l've ever stayed at, The staff were very friendly and checked us in very quickly. The housekeepers are perfectionists. Great dining nearby into Jamestown and Sonora, very close. Our room was on top floor, we had wireless in our room so could check email away from home. This hotel is a home away from home just like they say it is and we really did enjoy our stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

We did not feel particularly welcome at this hotel. Hotel staff was friendly enough, but arriving early evening when it was 100 degrees outside it took until 2:00 AM for the room to cool down below 80 degrees. Morning breakfast was typical continental stuff, but there is no eating area, so they supply broken trays to haul up to your room. Room cleanliness was adequate, but badly in need of an overhaul, worn wallpaper, carpets. One bed was not made correctly.
