The location was great, Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast, nice pool and places to sit outside were very nice. Lot;s of restaurants within in very short walk. Best value going. Cookies in lobby weren't bad either! Would absolutely stay again.

The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great. Pool was a bit cold for the kids and the room was somewhat drafty for a pool when it was cool outside. They should turn up the temp. by about 10 degrees (the water and the room temp). Lighting in the room wasn't the best, only a few lamps but no overhead lighting. SInce those are the only things I can find to critique - that's a good thing. My kids were really excited and hyper on the trip and the staff was wonderful with them. There is a washer and dryer on each floor, and a full sized ironing board & iron in the room. The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet. Nice location. If you plan on visiting the zoo while in Salt Lake the hotel has discounted tickets (even better is the fact that you don't have to stand in the ticket line at the zoo which is a huge time saver). IHOP, Applebees, and Chilies all right next to the hotel. Also right next to Hollywood connections (indoor mini-golf, movie theaters, roller skating rink, kids rides), the only bad part was that I was unaware that there was a concert at the event center right next to there and traffic was horrible that night! Other than that, fantasitic stay. Planning on staying again soon!

They offered a shuttle, so I actually did not even rent a car for my snow skiing vacation. There are a few good resturants -- chain and local -- in the area. -

Friendly staff, cofortable basic rooms and excellent breakfast offering. Hotel is convenient because it is close to a major north/south freeway and is centrally located in terms of the greater Salt Lake City area. There are several chain restaurants nearby, some in walking distance.

When we go to Salt Lake we generally stay in Sandy. Since we would be going to Miller Motorsports park (for a race) we decided to stay closer to Tooele. Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and motel was within walking distance to Cracker Barrel!
