We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean. The indoor pool was very nice. Did not have to ask for anything extra. We already had all the towels and supplies in our room that we needed. We had extra pillows and blankets. The lobby had hot tea and coffee available 24 hours. The breakfast was also included and had a variety of items to choose from. If we decide to go back to Asheville, we will definitely stay here again.

We are not picky travelers; all we require is a decent priced stay, and an overall feeling of safety. This hotel exceeded our expectations [based on the price]. We were disappointed that we didnt bring our bathing suits, since they had an indoor heated pool! We will be booking with them another trip!

I do not think that this hotel stood up to the four star rating fully. The tub/shower control head leaked badly and when I reported it the attendant did not even write anything down. The floor in front of the elevator on the second floor was obviously poorly supported, it sagged under my weight and there were lumps at each end of the hall under the carpet. They would give me no receipt or report of expenses even though they required a copy of my credit card for "incidentals." I was just concerned whether there might be any "incidentals" but they said that I had to get all reports from Travel website. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed here while in town to see Jeff Dunham. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a little early. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. My teens enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. It's reasonably close to the Asheville Mall and tourist attractions. My only disappointment was that our room did not have the microwave or mini-fridge that we were expecting, which could have been an issue if we stayed more than one night. However, the awesome breakfast buffet that included fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, fresh-made waffles, hot cereal, cold cereal, coffee, juices, and milk, made up for not having a fridge or microwave. I would definitely stay there again!
