  Room was booked for 3, only 1 bed. Staff continually blamed my online travel website for the problem and had no resolution. Had to ask 3-4 times for a roll-away bed, which took 2 hrs. to get and after 12:00 midnight. I had to get the bed myself. At checkout, they could not find my record because the staff checked someone else out, using my name and room number. Said they could not generate a receipt for that.
