  Granted, we were there during a holiday weekend, so perhaps the regular staff was not working. However, we had reservation issues that were not our fault and the hotel personnel was less than helpful. Issue was finally resolved post-trip by Travelocity to our high satisfaction, but our attempts to settle it during weekend were met with great resistance and argument by desk personnel, particularly an outspoken young man, who amazingly spoke out against making reservations via the internet. Said that he hoped we learned our lesson. Yes, we did, we won't be staying there ever again. Also, despite being a non-smoking hotel, it reeked of tobacco in many places. Not the Country Inn experience we have had at other locations.

  Staff was both efficient and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area, attractions and restaurants. Great Breakfast, rooms were cleaned, free wi-fi in rooms and free excess to internet in the lobby in case if you do not have your lab top on you you can still go on web surfing. there are many restaurant in walking distance. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit to Dayton.

  The room was wonderful, excellent hotel staff, breakfast was always hot and delicious. hotel conveniently located and easy to find. great value for the price!!!

  This hotel was a midway point during Thanksgiving travel. I was checked into my room in less then a minute. The front desk answered all of my stupid questions. The rooms were kept very clean.
