I was a bit worried reading the reviews about the staff, but we were treated excellently. Paul W. was at the front desk when we got there and he was professional and very friendly. Jessica came to relieve him as we were finishing up and she was awesome also. I had a special request that they helped me with immediately. I was actually very impressed and found the front desk staff to be some of the best I've ever dealt with. The hotel is quiet and convenient to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, just a great experience!

We were checking out Friday March 18 around 11:45am. We headed to the front desk to turn in our key and there was another couple waiting. The front desk clerk was probably helping another guests because no one was there. We waited and then delivery man from Fed Ex came to deliver a package since he didn't saw anyone there he went and ask the breakfast host where was the front desk clerk. She came and helped all of us. First she apologized to all of us for the wait, she signed for the package then she ask the couple that was in front of us how can she assist them, she checked them out and she told them that since they booked online they were going to receive a receipt on their email, she was so sweet with them, they left very happy. Then she apologized to us for the wait and asked us what can she do for us, we told her we were just checking out. Again we just told her our room number and she checked us out. She print out a receipt for us. We asked her if we could get a cup a coffee for the road and she said oh please do it. She was sooooooo amazing I even asked her if she wasn't supposed to do breakfast only and she said she didn't mind doing other things, after a while the gentleman working the desk walked in and we took off. I must say that this is the first hotel in which I see that they train they staff to help their guest in different ways. I was very happy with the service provided there. The breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean. I will stay there again. thank you!

I had read all the previous reviews. But I didn't read them before I booked this hotel. To be honest I totally agree with some of them, like the breakfast and the service there. It was a very good experience for my family and I. I have been staying in hotels a lot and so far this one provides the best breakfast and the service. Actually I don't even think is the breakfast, but the host she is very good at her job, like most of the previous guest said she really loves what she does and is amazing how she can makes us laugh and enjoy breakfast. I also read some reviews about the front desk being bad at their job. I had to say that a gentleman working Friday morning around 8am was so nice to us and he was the one that checked us out, so to be honest I don't know why some guests are complaining. That was the same morning when we meet the breakfast host. We usually leave reviews at the hotels we stay at. Most of the times we leave bad reviews, so the manager of the hotel can see them and improve them, but this time I just want to say that their staff members did and excellent job. My kids loved the cookies and the waffles, I loved the coffee and the friendly staff. Thank you I will definitely stay here again. Also I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I don't have complaints about this hotel. everything was fantastic. The breakfast excellent! Today Wednesday I wasn't having a good day, I had too many personal problems and I was a little moody! I went into the breakfast room and the host was the sweetest person I've seen in my life! She greeted me with a smile and asked how was I doing, I told her I wasn't doing so good! I told her that I had to do something for work, but I wasn't feeling good enough to get it done and she said something that changed my mind, "Believe you can and you're half way there." those are the words she said, then she gave me a smile and walked away! Maybe she didn't realized that she had just made my day special. I sat at the table to drink my coffee. Then more guest started going into the breakfast room and she just kept smiling greeting everyone. That kind of employees are needed in every work place, specially people that are being themselves and don't fake when they greet someone, I saw this girl talking to everyone, she was having so much fun at her job and with the gentleman that was working the desk, both of them were fantastic they were making jokes, clean jokes not like other places and at the same time both of them were taking care of their guests. I saw them laughing and they made me laugh too. None of them really realized that just seen them having fun at work made me wish to go to work. I will like to congratulate the ABC of this wonderful hotel, she has an excellent team, the employees are professional when they have to, but fun when other need them to be.

The hotel is very clean and I like almost everything until yesterday Feb. 28. The Front desk that was in charge around 5pm is very unprofessional. How someone working the front desk can be talking to someone on the phone so loud and using so many bad words. He was using the F word for everything he was saying. He probably didn't notice that I was using the computer at the lobby. There is nothing professional about this clerk and to we didn't appreciate the fact that he was pushing to hard on us so we can sign for gold points or something like that. I had to tell him twice that I wasn't interested. He was my only problem at this hotel. Today march 1st a lady was working the desk at 8am. She was so nice and very friendly. The breakfast host was so professional also. I loved that she was so cheerful and with a very positive attitude. I read the previous reviews and I must say that I agree with those that say positive things about this lady. I would definitely stay here again, but I would appreciate if the front desk staff were more professional maybe like the lady that was working the desk on the morning like I said she was very nice and sweet also.
