I stayed here in July 2010 and must say that the hotel was very nice and very clean with the rooms being very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast but you have the option of going somewhere else. The location is not the best but is ok. It is about a 10-15 minutes via a steep hill to the falls. There are better hotels which are much closer to the falls and are a lot cheaper. They also charge a parking fee which does not quite make sense. Overall it was a nice experience.

Overall, our family (2 adults, 3 kids under 10) enjoyed both the hotel and the location. My biggest gripe was that we were led to believe that the breakfast buffet was included in the room charge. As our family was lining up for breakfast, we found out that it was not free, and that we would be charged per day for the family to eat breakfast there. The unfriendly lady there said that if we had booked on the Marriott website that our breakfast would have been included, but that booking via travelocity, we did not get the free breakfast. We chose to cross the street and eat breakfast at Denny's. The indoor and outdoor pools were small but fun. The hotel room was spacious, even for the five of us. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, even in this heat wave. The location was safe and close to attractions. The room had a small refrigerator, but no microwave. The view from the window was of a brink wall and a trash container below. The ice machine on our floor was broken. There are two elevators to transport guests, and they run VERY SLOWLY!

Wonderful Hotel.Great front desk. Speedy check in Upgraded our room unfortunately for a fee but it was worth the extra.Information desk was full of good ideas,though if you stop at the info desk ask for ABC she was great. Unfortunately her relief was less than helpful, we felt as if we were intruding on her personal time.They have a shuttle($) that goes to several areas and if you have difficulty walking it makes it much easier and it saves parking fees which are pretty steep in the area.

The hotel is clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is very pricy, bother to go somewhere else. All the major attractions are within easy walking distance. I was travelling with my wife and two teenagers and things worked out fine. The packages offered by the concierge may have made sense if we were there longer.
