My wife and I traveled with our two teenagers. We arrived late in the evening and the desk clerk was cheerful and friendly. We had booked one room with two beds. The evening manager gave us our room cards (keys) and informed us he had upgraded us to a Suite at no additional charge. The hotel is relatively new and the suite was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The morning breakfast which is included in the room price was a step above other places. Eggs, potatoes, and bacon, were included in the breakfast. Many places do not include anything hot in the morning breakfast offerings. Overall it was a satisfying stay that served our needs well. The hotel is close to the interstate and is in a well lit commercial area. This allowed for what we felt was a safe environment. There are also many restaurants withing 5 minutes of the hotel, fast food to higher end.

We arrived late at night and had to wait 30 minutes to check in - some sort of computer glitch. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not good. Coffee weak, biscuits so hard they were dangerous and soggy waffles. Decent room for the price, but probably won't stay there again.

Our vacation plans changed 2 days before leaving due to flooding in the area. We had anticipated a cabin vacation on the river and were pleasantly surprised with our hotel stay. Our room was always clean, as was the pool area and the breakfast area. Our requests were met promptly by helpful and courteous staff. The selection at breakfast changed daily and included 3 different fresh fruit plus apples and banannas. The indoor pool and workout room were great. A covered porch with rockers was wonderful to sit on while waiting for the family to all be ready. The location was convenient to jump on the Interstate and go exploring.

We came to Norman for OU Family weekend, and this hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful from the minute we checked in until we checked out. Our room and the entire hotel was so clean and neat. The breakfast was wonderful and our teenage son said the large TV and wireless internet was awesome! We were able to get this room at the last minuite (probably due to a cancellation) so we didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised, and I will definitely try to book this hotel for our next stay in Norman. I want to thank the ladies at the fron desk for their help and kindness.
