We really liked the complimentary breakfast buffet every morning. The food was good, and always hot, coffee excellent. Staff was wonderful and helpful in giving us tips for az. attractions and directions. The maid and groundkeeper workers were 5 star. I only had a couple of negatives on this hotel, the pool was really small, and in the front of the hotel. Why not in the back? As far as the room goes, it was nice and spaceous, would have liked a desk or table that was lower, so you could use it with the chair available and not have to reach up to it. Also would have liked a towel bar in the restroom for a handtowel, on the wall or counter. I am not a fan of water-saver shower heads, I can never get my hair rinsed out good with the low pressure.All in all a good experience. There was not much traffic noise even though we were not far from the interstate. The area around the hotel was not so good and we were approached every time we went to the store, by people trying to sell us something.

01/22/2011The facility is very clean and is well maintained. the staff was very helpful and friendly. there was some traffic noise but remember it is next to a majpr highway.

I will definately be going back to this brand new Country Inn & Suites the next time I am in Tucson. It stood out as the nicest hotel in the area, the staff were great and very accomedating, even remembering my name. The rooms were top notch, very clean and we felt it was well worth the price. It had everything and more than we expected, great bed, clean granite countertops, flat panel TV, even a frig and microwave. The rooms are large, we slept great with no interuptions, and breakfast was awsome. The colors were warm and inviting. I have been to alot of hotels that have not lived up to my expectations, and this one is worth checking out. I only wish I had been able to stay longer. Enjoy!
