The room was wonderful and the service was too. The front desk helped me out with toothpaste and made sure I was comfortable in my room. On the night I stayed there was several little league teams there too. Even tho the kids were running around I never heard them. Great location. Would stay there again.

This is the most dishonest hotel staff that I ever encountered. They did not honour the AAA discount as we were told over the phone. We then tried to get them to fix their mistake and they did not give us what we were promised. They lost a customer. The service people were rude.

Staff attitude at check in very poor, once he found out I booked through X. He threw the room key across the counter, didn't even tell me what room number he gave me, or point me towards the room. He took a personal call while I was checking in and didn't pay anymore attention to me. Later I went back to the desk to ask about pool towels - the gal at the desk seemed very put out and said she was busy at the moment and would get towels later. The front desk gal in the morning was great however!
