For a Marriott its not the typical Courtyard. Located in an abandoned shopping plaza area; remodeled from some other brand hotel?? Management seems reactive instead of proactive. My room smelled musty. Overall, sufficent but will try another spot next time in the area.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but did not offer movie channels or on-demand options. WiFi was NOT available in the room. Fitness room was well equipped, staff was friendly. Better options in the area for the price.

The TV didn't work the first night. The ceiling had cracks and peeling paint. The room was very small and way at the end of the hall. Hotel was not full. Feel I was given the room because the lowered price I paid. 1and 1/2 stars.

This hotel has been recently remodled. It is very clean and nice. No continential breakfast and the lobby cafe is expensive. We paid $* for 2 bottles of water. But the room and the pool made up for it. It felt like a salt water pool. Very warm and relaxing. I would go back just to swim again! My skin felt like silk afterwards. The staff is very nice and accomodating. Also, it is right across the street from a new shopping plaza, and less than a mile away from the Boynton mall. Very good value for the money. We spent less than $* a night including all taxes and fees.

The hotel has changed hands. I was told that and tried to cancel my reservation but was told that the entire prepaid amount was nonrefundable. When I checked the fine print on my initial reservation with travel website it stated that $25 or more could be withheld. Technically correct, but deceitful. I tried to cancel two weeks in advance through travel website but the representative assured me that the hotel had not changed hands and the policy was correct. When I arrived the desk clerk was not aware of the policy. Renovatioins have been made and the rooms are okay. The fitness center is very poor. Also, a continental breakfast is not offered. For an average priced hotel, there were no amenities that would bring me back.
