  We arrived after driving an hour and a half in a horrendous snowstorm. I was traveling with my husband and 2 children. I booked 2 queens but the hotel gave us a single (queen). I called the front desk and asked to be moved. I was informed that there did not have any other rooms available. I told the gentleman that I booked 2 queens and there was no way the four of us could fit in the bed that was provided. He said that they had me down as requesting one bed. I told him that I had booked 2 queens and had the confirmation to prove it and asked if they had any suites available. He said yes, however since I booked through the travel website they could not upgrade me. I called travel agency who called the hotel and proceeded to cancel my reservation without asking me first. We had the option of paying an insane amount for a suite or leaving - which we did. We had to go back out in the snow storm and down the interstate in zero visibility to a different hotel. This was the worst experience I have had with both Marriott and thet ravel agency and will not be using either again.

  Nice hotel. very clean! bed was very comfortable. the rooms were very quiet. staff was curteous. half of them didnt speak english, but they seemed to be good workers. front ...

  Nice Hotel. Very clean! Bed was very comfortable. The rooms were very quiet. Staff was curteous. Half of them didnt speak English, but they seemed to be good workers. Front Desk was prompt with answering our requests for extra's. Didnt know they were serving a continental breakfast, no one told us at check-in so we missed it.
