  The overall experience was great, the location although out of the way was very convenient for all travel to Jacksonville, the beaches, St. Augustine and etc. The rooms were maintained to an acceptable standard, the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The value for the moneywas more than acceptable. There was an unfortunate rowdy incident that happened during our stay, but the staff and management made up for our inconvience in a particualry sweet manner. Would stay again and in fact planning a repeat.

  the heater set off the fire alarm at 4:30 a.m., it was set on low $12 breakfast, buffet is the only option, the omelette and defrosted pastry were tasteless the room was nice, good bed, good decor but the disinterest from the front desk when I mentioned the fire alarm erased all that. There are far too many other hotels for me to use this one again.

  stayed here on several getaways from Jacksonville.Always very satisfied with this hotel. They make it very easy to leave your car parked at the hotel and there free shuttle to and from the airport is great. For the price and convenience , you cant beat it!!!

  This was a great hotel. My husband and I stayed after a late filght into Jacksonville. The room was very clean and staff was friendly. The free weekend breakfast was great! My husband does not eat pork so he was very happy to see they offered corned beef hash on the menu. I felt we got what we paid for and then some.
