  It's an OK hotel but I had a terrible time getting in touch with the front desk for assistance and the staff was not friendly. The following is the email I sent to the manager- I never received a response (I ended up paying $*/night):
  Hi X,
  I stayed with you last week 8/8 to 8/12. I contacted
  you regarding the $* rate that was showing on
  online travel website on Wed night that I was going to rebook to
  lower my rate but was advised that you could take
  care of it in the morning by the night desk staff.
  You did adjust 1 night which was nice but not enough
  in my mind given the rate was available and I was advised to deal directly with you. I had some
  other problems with the room and service- mainly it
  took me 2 days and 6 calls to get someone at the front
  desk to help me retrieve my messages (the instructions in the room were out dated) as well as minor
  problems with the restruant such as no regular coffe
  and cold decaf...

  After giving them a day to fix the a/c and internet, air went out again soon after. we chose to leave a day early.
