  The hotel has very if any limited parking and extra fees for outside parking. The first nite we got to the room the toilet was running constantly and had black stains in the toilet. Also original reservation we asked for away from freeway noise. They gave us a room next to freeway and had one set of earplugs for family group. As well as toilet, freeway noise the alarm clock walk us up. The clock was broken and set at `12:00 am and awalk us all. The staff was aware of freeway noise, but had rooms only the same wing area. The blanket in the room had a mildew smell to it.

  Everything was good at this hotel, but don't pay to park on site. They do have plenty on parking on street, we had no problem with parking and payed nothing. Even the check-in employee said it was a safe area, which it seem to be. We got out at night and walk to the Old Town resort area just one block up, felt very safe. Clean rooms, very quiet.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard! Initially, we had a problem because workmen were staying in our assigned room. The front desk apologized for their error and quickly put us in another room. They didn't charge us the $15/day parking fee. So we saved $45 over the 3 days. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff service was good. The breakfast buffet was very good. Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt. Parking beneath hotel was cramped and difficult getting in and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
