I stayed at this repeatedly last spring until I could no longer take the noise. They book a lot of tour groups, mostly young (teens and pre-teens). Often the rooms had no adults in them and the parties became quite loud. After a particarily bad stay, I was promised a quiet room the next time. But, the person making the promise never followed through and again I was stuck next across from a group on unsupervised teens. I will never stay here again.

This is a great hotel overall but there are some cons about it. There is constant loud noise and vibrating from passing aircraft and trains. The location sucks if you don't have your own transportation. It costs $25.00 each way to go to downtown Newark and return. It costs $25.00 to go Woodbridge Mall. Garden City Outlet Mall is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, shopping there was disappointing. There are only two places to eat near the hotel, Ruby Tuesdays and a new diner which serves typical American Food. There is a free Airport Shuttle that drops you off somewhere in the airport but will not take you to your departure terminal - this is useless if you have more than one bag. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable. There is a free breakfast which has good food and a free meal in the evening which is also good. The one improvement that this hotel could use is better shuttle service, ie the shuttle could take you to your departing area at the airport and it would be helpful for the shuttle to make runs to downtown Newark and Newark Penn Station. I stayed in a very spacious two bedroom suite and it was ideal as I was traveling with Kids. The bed was very comfortable. The suite had a stove and oven, microwave, refridgerator, dishes, pots and pans and a dishwasher. The only entertainment on site is the swimming pool. I would only recommend this hotel to people who have their own transportation. I wish that this facility was located in Downtown Newark.
