Girl at front dest was very nasty and rude i wont say her name(c*ara) but, she would be enough for me never to go back. Besides that my room was dirty the hotel always had a very bad smell in it. I seen atleast 2 roaches in my room, the bed made my back feel like it was broken. To top it all off she told me my room was gonna be a certain ammount after tax a night but when i got my bill they charged me an extra * dollars a night for my dog wich i was not told,and *$ in tax that was supposed to already be added in.In so many words save your money sleep in a ditch you would be better off.

I choose Crestwood Suites for two reasons; the price and close proximity to my employer. There are some areas of improvement. Crestwood is a nice hotel, but they are starting to let it run down a bit; Need to pay more attention to cleaning the floors in the rooms as well as the hall ways. Further, Crestwood needs to pay better attention to plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms; specifically, the toilets and showers. I have stayed there 4 times in the last 2 months. The shower heads could use some work in order to operate the way they should as well as the workings for the toilets; either run too much so you have to giggle the handle. Noise was an issue my last visit. Sounded like the guests above me were having a gymnastics meet well past midnight. Don't get me wrong. This is a decent place for the price.

Lousy service

Room wasnt cleaned or towels or garbage removed for 9 days even after the scheduled cleaning day was set they didnt clean the room. Management didnt want to deal with any issues just clam up as if nothing is wrong. Will not recommend this hotel to any co-workers that might come back down this way. Moved onto another extended stay I have never had trouble with before. Only good thing was the price and location and that came with a price.
