We stayed here two different nights. Service was great both nights. Room was clean. Everything Travelocity said would be in the room was and worked great. Will agree that the beds were hard and the heater was right next to the bed which kinda sucked but with the service we received we could look past these problems. I am a germaphobe when it comes to hotel bedding due to watching a show on hotels and they dont generally wash the comforter. When I requested a new washed comforter the desk clerk did not argue or anything just went into the back room and grabbed me one. I would recommend staying here it is a nice clean hotel with great clerks! There are also a bunch of resturants pretty much in the same parking lot definately within walking distance.

I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I stayed from 2-24-11 to 2-28-11 and it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. There were two junk cars and a junk camper in the parking lot, one of the cars had rocks behind the wheels and none of them moved the entire time I was there. The beds are hard as a rock, the high speed internet access was anything but. I averaged 16-20kb downloads, that's right kb not mb. Don't even think about looking at a ski resort webcam with that connection. The heater was one of the units beneath the window and close to the floor and the bathroom was on the other side of the room so you had to blast the heat to get the bathroom warm or get out the shower and freeze. I could go on but I think you get the point. Funny thing is, there are nice hotels all around this one. Don't know how I ended up with this dud. Since it was just my brother and I for only a few days we toughed it out but had I been with my wife and kids I wouldn't have even checked in. When I pulled into the parking lot I knew I'd made a mistake. Oh, and you have to request to have your room cleaned and new towels. I know this post is long but had I read one like this I would have steered clear of this place. All the good post either have very low standards or are fakes.

I stayed at Crestwood Suites on two trips to the Denver area--for a total of eleven nights. This is one of the quieter hotels I've experienced, but it's also quite dirty. The elevator routinely breaks down, so be prepared to climb stairs to your room. The exercise room is a joke, with the worst treadmill I've ever seen. There's a strong smoke smell on the smoking floors, so avoid getting a "nonsmoking room" on a smoking floor. Frankly, I'm not sure it's worth the price. But I value quiet, and that's exactly what I got. I remained in the hotel for 11 nights because I heard very little noise, except for loud families with kids walking past the room in the hallway. Otherwise, there was no noise coming through the walls from adjoining rooms. I don't care about cleanliness as much as some folks might. If cleanliness is very important to you, I recommend that you stay elsewhere.

My daughter and I just needed a place to crash for the night, and this was the closest inexpensive place to our destination that wasn' rated "kind of scary" by other members. The setup of the room was a little dated, but everything was clean and our "no-smoking" room did not smell like smoke. Although we did not require these, the room contained a decent sized refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, and a "kitchen" sink. We did not check for pans, dishes, or silverware so I can't speak to that. On the downside, the carpet seemed clean enough but was fairly worn, and there were only two pillows on the bed (I require an extra to sleep well). I did not ask for one to be delivered, so again, I can't speak to that. Overall, I would say this was a good room for the money and for our requirements. I would likely stay here again if the need arises.
