• WOW! What a fantastic place to stay!

  I live in Anchorage. Occasionaly my husband and I spend an evening in a downtown hotel just to get away from the everyday, this time we chose the Crowne Plaza....It is Anchorages' newest hotel. Not only was the customer service at the front desk exceptional - all of the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great value for the dollar spent. The bed was the utmost in comfort, towels soft, Cotton terry Robes hung in the closet for convenience. A great work out and spa facility with towels provided (they should have a water dispenser available though)...the pool is a salt water pool, so none of that nasty chlorine on your skin! (Another recommendation here is to offer adult 18+ only pool time for the last couple hours in the evening to offer 'peaceful 'relaxation before turning in) The on-site restaurant and lounge made it nice to to check in, have dinner, relax in the spa, ...and then.... breakfast in the morning. They also offer internet and parking, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good night's rest for a great value while visiting in Anchorage!

  This is a brand new hotel so everything was nice and clean. staff was extremely helpful and kind. the swimming pool and hot tub were awesome. workout room was state ...

  This is a brand new hotel so everything was nice and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The swimming pool and hot tub were awesome. Workout room was state of the art. Only complaint is internet was very slow most of them time. Worst than dial up! I was there for a week so at time it was pretty frustrating. Overall experience was great and I would definately stay there again. It is pretty close to the airport so the location was good for me. In Anchorage it is very easy to get around so location is not a big issue.
