We were treated very well from everyone at this hotel. The shuttle service was wonderful! We used it so much and took it all over throughout Austin! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. We loved this hotel and it went above every expectation! The shuttle drivers were excellent and accomadated us. This was a very peaceful experience! I would highly reccomend this hotel!

This hotel had courteous employees and clean rooms, although they needed to be updated. The central air had been replaced with a window unit, which worked fine. The bathtub was so slippery that all four members of my family almost slipped getting in and out of it. Elevators were broken and the one that worked took FOREVER to reach the floor you needed it on. The in room iron had something melted to it and had to call for a replacement, as well as enough towels for us, even though we told them how many occupants there were. The lobby area was nice and clean. Overall, it was just okay.

Very pleasant stay. Check-in desk representatives were very accommodating. While it is true, as some previous reviews have noted that some details in the hotel are outdated, the hotel has invested in comfortable rooms and a nice little fitness-room. The room has a small, empty refrigerator, which was great to store my personal water bottles and smoothies. For the price, this hotel is a great option, especially when you have your own car with GPS, since downtown is abt 10 minutes away (w/o traffic). Would stay again.

Booked a non-smoking, double queen . . . got a smoking (unacceptable for child with asthma), double full . . . and an oh well from the front desk. Said I had to take it up with the travel agency . . . . . And the pool was dirty.
