Have never been to Hampton so I was worried about what was the best area to stay in. The Crowne Plaza was a great choice. First off, staff was super nice. Parking was free. Room was very clean and nicely decorated in a sailing theme. Bed was huge and super comfy. Complimentary coffee maker in the room. They even give you linen spray, ear plugs and sleeping mask. It was too chilly to use the pool but it looked nice and well kept. Location of the hotel very convienant to shopping and resturaunts. And since its at the Marina, lots of water activities right outside your door. There is a resturaunt/ bar in the hotel but we didnt try it. My only complaint was I could hear the neighbors through the ajoining room every morning. I dont know if they were extra loud or the walls/ door is thin. I would definately stay again.
