This hotel advertises they have free internet. This is a neccesity for most business travelers. When you arrive and check into your room you can not access the internet. When you call the front desk you are told, oh we do have free internet, IN THE LOBBY. You must pay an additional ten bucks a night to use it in your room. When you express frustration you are told, we have conment cards avaible at the front desk. These people are so shady they can't afford to leave comment cards in the rooms. I will never use these properties again. Bathroom was tattered and dirty as well. Unhappy.

I booked and paid a double room and I've got a single, I asked for a really quiet room since i had to weak up early I've got a very noisy room next to elevator and soda machine room. Front desk person was obviously inexperienced and the person next to him didn't help him much, she just dropped the monkey. I ask for 2 room keys and he gave me one and didn't work so I had to go back downstairs.Free WI-FI is only at the bar.

Hotel was very good and would stay here again in a heart beat. First room the air cond. was not working so front desk transfered us to a new room. Front desk was always pleasent. Always said good morning and have a good day when we left and good night when we returned. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The only thing that we thought was odd was they vacuumed a lot. At night when we were in the lounge and in the morning at breakfast. Maybe they could wait until there are no people there or get a few floor sweeper.

I live in the desert and sometimes work in downtown Los Angeles. This hotel is 15 minutes from the office. It is clean, very comfortable, and the staff is excellent. Plenty of free parking. The bar and restaurant is good, booze and food reasonably priced, the restaurant staff very attentive. Citadel shopping mall 3 minute walk away; good steakhouse a 5 minute drive and a above-average casino 5 minute drive. I've tried over 25 hotels in the area this past 8 months, and standardized on this one. Reasonable drinks and food, free parking, a staff that cares, things to do in the evening, comfortable rooms, short commute to work. Worth it at $159 a nite.
