Lets just say I thought I did my work before booking this hotel for my mother, myself and my daughter who is 11 yrs old. We were visting from N.E to see family get out of the cold for a week. I made a point to select a hotel with a indoor pool. Description from the hotel stated they have a indoor and outdoor pool. FANTASTIC When we arrived the indoor pool was closed but was told the outdoor pool was heated. Great but a bit chilly for the adults to supervise. The hotel seem to be falling apartment, shower handle was broken and very difficult to use and the tiles in the elavator were not grouted down and almost caused my 65 yr old mother to take a nose plant. Room service could you some help as their were trays in the hall way for over 12 hours. After arriving back to our room after a day of sight seeing the maid never came, no TP or clean towls. On one good note the staff at the deask seems very nice. I always heard great things abouth the Crowne Plaza but this htel was a BIG LET DOWN!

The room was very nice and comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and very nice. The bartender in the lounge was excellent very very personable fixed my friend and I up with a late dinner for us to take to room. When we left lounge my friend went on to room and I stepped outside for a smoke. where another customer came out and was basically bothering me, asking to come up to room with me . The bartender checked on me and let me know he was watching out I felt much better as I finished my smoke and went back inside knowing I wasn't being followed to my room. It was a great little escape for 2 moms that needed a little pampering! Thanks Travel Website !

The hotel staff was awesome! Breakfast in bed was so relaxing. I snuggled and melted in the bed and slept so well I was late getting up.The third floor balcony was quiet and overlooked the indoor pool and gym. The food was a bit overpriced. The lady at Starbucks made me the best coffees all three days!! Rode the public transportation to the end of the line and the shuttle picked me up at a Target. That was difficult with 3 pieces of luggage by myself, but I was on a budget. Waiting for the transportation and looking at the other Crown Plaza was a bit discouraging.
