We had a wonderful time in this hotel. We ordered room service from Cilantro, and the food was AMAZINg. Seriously, the best steak that I've ever had. The front desk was helpful, and the shuttle driver was really nice as well. I will definately choose this hotel when I stay in San Antonio. Thanks!!

these rooms smell like humid and the ceiling had like brown spots of leak. the furniture was outdated and so was the bathroom, but it was very clean. if i had gotten another room in another location i would have not felt like i was sleeping in a cheap motel.

The mattress in our room was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The room was just large enough to feel at home. I wish I new how to purchase one of those mattresses The lobby area was beautiful and the front desk was amazingly friendly.

The hotel continues to offer a clean, safe and consistent place to stay. I've stayed at this property multiple times for business and it rarely disappoints....however, if you need the shuttle, make sure you call at least 30 mins in advance (even though they tell you 15 mins). Additionally, the hotel guarantees a wake-up call within +/- 5 mins of your requested time or that night is free. On my most recent stay, unfortunately the hotel missed a wake-up call one day (fortunately I set the alarm clock as well) - when I brought it to their attention, they refunded the night immediately without any issues.
