We recently stayed at this hotel as a park and fly option. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was horribly musty smelling and not clean. We found a nose trimmer, have bag of eaten peanuts, clothes, and clumps of hair in the sheets from the previous guests. Room looked like it had not been cleaned in days. We asked for a crib rental and they promptly gave us a crib but didn't have clean sheets for it so they gave us an extra king size sheet. There happened to be an FAA convention in Indy the week we stayed so all the rooms were booked. And oh, the park and fly shuttle left with out us to take FAA members to the airport even though we had signed up for the shuttle in advance. Needless to say we ended up driving at 5:00am to the airport and had to pay for an additional 3 nights of parking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I understand they were very busy and athough everyone who worked in the hotel was nice and they were trying it just fell short of my expectations. I felt like for another $ I could have stayed at a much nicer place.

We stayed one night and the room was as expected for this type of property. It was clean, average decor, somewhat small, but overall, what we expected. The breakfast buffet consisted of biscuits/gravy, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, fruit and one type of muffin. Sufficient for our needs. The staff at the desk and buffet were very friendly and courteous. The problems we had with this property was that it was right up against I-465, so there was significant expressway noise. Overnight, there is no airport noise, but it does begin fairly early in the morning. Second, our room had a flood light shining from the base of our window (we were on the ground floor), so light would come in around the edges of the curtains. Finally, I had forgotten how much of a difference queen vs. double beds held and the springs would make popping sounds. I would try another hotel primarily based on the highway noise, not due to the staff or property itself.

This hotel was a nice place. The room was clean and there were not a odors. The tile in the bathroom could maybe need replacing. It looked dirty but a stain did not come up when I rubbed it with a damp towel. The free breakfast buffet was a plus. Nothing fancy, just scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, and coffee, orange juice and milk to drink. Location is convenient also, Indianapolis Motor Speedway was only fifteen minutes away. Downtown was about ten minutes.

After a very careful & thorough search for a clean, convenient hotel to stay & leave my car for a recent vacation, I chose this hotel. I checked the amenities & this is listed. What is NOT listed is that you must PAY an add'l amount to leave your car and it must be done thru their website. Though the staff was very nice & helpful, the manager was not. He acted as if it were my responsibility to report the problem to the company rather than his. I told him that I would write a review on every website so that another conusmer did not get ""taken"" by what appears to be a decent rate. Check out other hotels first and then confirm that there is not an additional fee.
