  I recently stayed at this hotel and I thought it was the best deal in Payson. The hotel seemed newly renovated (I could smell the new carpet and furniture) and while there was still some construction going on, the staff was really nice and gave me a great room on the second floor. The beds were the best, the only downside was the presentation of the free breakfast, but again it was okay for the price.

  We recently stayed at this hotel. When we checked in front desk staff was very friendly. However the rooms were not kept very clean. Floors had not been vaccumed, and bathroom only 2 bath towels for 4 people. When we asked for more towels we were questioned as to why we needed more. Very disappointed in conitnental breakfast. Definately would not stay there again.
