I had them change me rooms and the second room had mice droppings under the dresser, desk, A/C and along the bed, also. They didn't think there was anything they could do. I even asked the Manager if he wanted to check the room before I went up, giving him the chance to clean it up before I went. He said to let him know. When I told him the second room had mice droppings he said he didn't know what I wanted him to do.

Staff not welcoming. Explained Tuesday first thing that the mattress cover did not fit the bed properly and was always coming off and that the air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was wet. Attendant said she would let the repairman know and that he would be in around 10 AM. She handed me the sheets for the bed (to do it myself) and secondly the repairman did not fix the problem and the carpet was wetter than earlier reported and could not walk along that side of the bed. Asked if they had detergent so that I could do a laundry. No soap but to check on Monday. Was told that they would not have any more detergent for the washers which is just as well, as the washing machines needed a good scrubbing. Staff made us feel that we were bothering them. On our last morning, we asked for a new loaf of bread for their continental breakfast. She said she could not leave her office and she could not help us. Shortly thereafter, she left the hotel (unattended), and got donuts. The hot tub was filthy. We would not use it. The pool was cold and had not been cleaned of bugs for days.

05/08/2010Checked in, went to room. smelled like cigarette smoke even though it said "non-smoking". room did not seem clean. we did not stay. got our money back.

Check in was at 3PM and my room was not ready untill 3:30PM. Waited in lobby till room was read. Talikng to another guest, he was waiting over an hour. Lobby rug needed a good cleaning or replacement. Room was cleaned and neat. WiFi connection was excellent.

motel not up to standard
11/30/2009Breakfast was very skimpy compared to other similiar motels. swimming pool was outside and ice cold. room was clean, and nicely furnished.
