Last minute decision to stay overnight hoping the roads would be safer to drive home the next day. Check in was quick. Room was small but clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Couch and chair were a bit dated and worn. Free continental breakfast was satisfactory. We were very satisfied especially since the rate was very low, (under $*). Another motel we had checked out that had a vacancy wanted $* for the night. We would stay here again if the need arose.

The hotel is in a good location but next to an interstate highway (once you were able to make the turn off a the long traffic light), and you can hear that. When we got into our room, it was smaller than I expected. Very dark and dingy, even witht the curtains open to the Interstate. We wanted to stay some place that offered a king-size bed, as that is what we are used to. The bed was comfortable enough (no bedbugs!), but the three chairs in the room were not (very hard). I sat on the bed mostly. The drain in the bathroom sink was very slow, and the room attendants didn't leave enough toilet paper. The continental breakfast is not worth going down to. It was not well-stocked, and what was there looked like it came out a Little Debbie snack box. We passed on breakfast and the Folgers coffee. I suppose the room was functional, but next time I would definitely spend more money and stay at a better hotel.

Thought the place was a dump. Room smelled like a sweaty locker room, air conditioner did not work making the 100 degree weather just lovely in my $*/night room, with mold on the shower head. TV did not maintain a signal as the satellite kept losing signal (cable TV in other hotels do not have the problem) Workout room was "out of order"; breakfast was lackluster to say the least. Advertised a great place for business travelers but had a lamp that took up most of the small desk offered while not have ANY outlets to recharge lap top or cell phone to. Oh yes, there was one outlet in the bathroom. Apparently the bulk of their guests work in the bathroom. All of this inspite of the "Days Inn" creed of making sure "your room was in the best working order and their commitment to provide the best stay." Will sleep in my car before staying here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Good breakfast in the am. No elevator which makes it difficult if you have a lot of bags. Really really limited Cable TV. Maybe 20 channels. No Fox, No Cnn Checked in on a warm day, and it took a few hours for the air conditioning to get to the other side of the room. But after that it was fine. Clean and secure

This was our third and final time staying at this hotel. The first two times could not have been nicer. On checking in; I told the clerk I would not mind staying in the same hallway as some "noisy guests" -- (And we didn't mind staying there) -- It would NOT have mattered where we stayed in the hotel -- They were NOISY everywhere - The exercise room was still "out of order" since we were there MAY 2009! The breakfast room was not furnished -- I realize the "NOISY GUESTS" stripped the room of all breakfast foods the first morning; but what was the excuse for the second morning -- as the "NOISY GUESTS" had left the day before. This hotel has definitely gone down - Won't stay again....
