The place was clean. It was very inexpensive and a good value. I might stay here again if budget were a major concern, but I have stayed in nicer places in the Twin Cities for a little more money.

I had the chance to stay at Days Inn Eagen about a month ago and I was really impressed with the quality of service. Unfamiliar with Minnesota (I've never been there before), I really love their complimentary shuttle service. All I did was call the hotel from my cellphone at the airport and they told me that the shuttle should be there within 30 minutes - it came in merely 15 minutes after I called. The driver was very friendly, chatting with us and another elderly couple who were in the same van. When we got there, my check-in was fast, with no wait at all. My room was located near the front desk --which I like mostly for convenience with the concierge and breakfast room. The room, including the bathroom was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. However, what made my trip even better was their shuttle service to and from Mall of America! I On top of inexpensiveness, that was my 2nd reason why I chose this hotel. Overall, I give it a 4 out 5 -- strategic location near airport and Mall of America, affordable price, friendliness of the staff, fast check - in, fast check-out, complimentary breakfast, and the FREE shuttle service. (I didn't give it a 5 since the breakfast room is a little bit too small and is often crowded. So I always ended up bringing my food back in the room. But hey, it's still better than nothing!)

Check in and out was very quick & efficient. Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and well staffed with towels. Free continental breakfast was more than you could ask for. (Waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, do-nuts, cereal, juice, milk & coffee). Free shuttle to & from the Mall of America. (Although twice we had to wait quite a long time). All in all, my daughter Erin and I had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Very convienient place to stay, clean rooms and friendly staff. Only downfall was no one was watching the pool area when we had our 7 yr old grandson there and young teenage kids where not being watched and they had 3 of the pool chairs and 1 table in the pool, is the camera there not working?? I had reported that to the front desk clerk. The parking lot could have been cleaned of the snow/ice. Overall, it was a good place to stay, located just off the hiway.
