Older property. Small roon with upgraded bath. Somewhat noisy due to proximity to I 65. Carpet in the room was filthy and needed to be vacuumed and shampooed - or better yet replaced. Desk staff friendly. Hotel does offer a modest breakfast buffet, but automatically charges $* for an inroom safe that has to be removed from your bill at checkout. Note that by prepaying on Travel agency, the safe fee was not added to my bill.

We were very pleased with the hotel. We booked the day before we were to check in and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was unbeatable and the hotel staff very friendly and courteous. The room was clean, the bed comfortable with lots of pillows. We were traveling with our little dog and there was plenty of area out back to walk her in. I would stay in this hotel again without hesitation.

MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL

THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE BATHROOM DOOR. THE DOOR THAT JOINED THE ROOM NEXT TO OURS LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN KICKED IN AT SOME POINT, THE DOOR FACING AND JAM WERE DAMAGED. WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER SHE HAND WROTE A TWENTY PERCENT DISCOUNT ON OUR NEXT STAY AT THAT HOTEL. I TOLD HER THAT WE WERE IN ELIZABETH TOWN AT THE SAME TIME EVERY YEAR FOR A BAND COMPETITION AND WE WOULD NOT BE STAYING AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN AND WOULD BE STAYING AT THE RAMADA LIKE WE USUALLY DO. I THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY A DIFFERENT HOTEL FOR A CHANGE AND LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON... STICK WITH WHAT YOU KNOW. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN WE WAITED FOR TWENTY MINUTES AND RANG THE BELL SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE A STAFF MEMBER CAME TO ASSIGN OUR ROOM. A PIZZA DELIVERY PERSON WAS THER AT THE SAME TIME TO DELIVER PIZZA TO THE STAFF AND LEFT AFTER WAITNG A FEW MINUTES, THE STAFF MEMBER CHASED DOWN THE PIZZA DELIVERY PERSON BEFORE WAITING ON US. I WAS VERY DISPLEASED WITH OUR ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL.

I had two rooms booked, and not only did our keys not work, continuously, but the rooms had no fridge or microwave, bugs in the bathroom and main room, air conditioner didn't work, toilet backed up after housekeeping had been in, had to clean stuff out of washer and dryer to use them, the floor was wet in one room, they had about 15 channels on cable and 5 of those were ESPN. But the staff, were extremely helpful. They even wanted to give me a refund right then and there for all the stuff that had gone wrong, but been waiting on online travel agency. Also, there were safes in the rooms, but no keys so you couldnt use them. I caught a huge bug on the ceiling and took it to the front desk and they couldnt identify it either.
