I stayed on a Friday and was told between midnight and 1 a.m. from the front desk that the lobby could stay loud for hours. The room was very nice but the sound from the large group in the lobby was very unpleasant. I was surprised the front desk said, "Well, it could be loud here for a few more hours. It's the weekend." I didn't want a party hotel. I wanted a nice night's sleep. The manager refunded my stay, and I do appreciate that. However, I was disappointed they wouldn't address the noise.

I was very, very pleased with the Drury Inn. The staff were very friendly. My room was clean and very comfortable. The bed slept great and I liked the little sitting area. For a mid-grade hotel they really do add the extra little touches like premium cable channels, tasty complimentary breakfast., free long distance. I would definitely stay there again and I will try to find one when I go to other cities.

The hotel was great. It had a gated parking area. The front desk and cleaning staff was very friendly. The food was great and the location was right in the middle of things. I would stay there every time I go to Louisville. It's right by the high-way and a few minutes away from the mile. There is a lot of wonderful food places around and gas stations. The rooms were clean and the beds was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My husband and I had decided we would stay in Louisville the night of the Kentucky Derby knowing that hotel rooms were over $350 a night. Just so we didn't have to drive in the morning. We found the Drury Hotel for $98 a night during this time. Not only were the prices outstanding. They have free wifi, free drinks, free popcorn, free one hour long distance and free smiles the rooms were comfortable and clean! We will only stay here when we come to Kentucky or any where there is a Drury Inn!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!

We had a great visit to this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with some nice little ""homey"" touches. It was really fabulous for our dogs and very quiet. We did not have a chance to use the pool area, but we enjoyed the nice breakfast they offered in the morning. Great selection! We would definately stay there again, and will be looking for other Drury Inn & Suites to stay at in the future!
