JUST PLAIN AWEFUL!

This hotel is not up to the standards of Travel agency....It took 4 tries to get a room that was acceptable; then, we had a dog in the room next to us that barked and the guests put the bag of dog doo next to our door, as we came out in the morning. The rooms had very dirty, dog pee'd on carpet. That is why we asked to see other rooms. The guy at the counter wasn't friendly or accomodating until we confronted him and said "Are all of your rooms this dirty?" He finally gave us 2 other options and we took a room close to the breakfast room, that was acceptable. I think they need to clean up their act and designate certain rooms in the back of the hotel, as Pet Friendly. Very clean laundry and nice TV, but mattresses are very old and broken down. Great full breakfast....but too many dogs and noisy dog owners. I would not go back there.

Our room was on the second story straight back from the office. The steps going up to the second story were chipped and you had to be careful going up them. For some reason the light switches for the bathroom was really dirty. When you closed the bathroom door you could tell that the bathroom needed a good cleaning, especially in the corners. We went down for breakfast which was in a very small room toaster waffles,worst breakfast I'd seen at a motel in a long time. Thank God there was a Denny's next door.

10/2009 This was NOT what I expected from Days Inn. There was a gap under the door, noise from the next room (we could even hear their tv), 2 minutes of hot water in the shower, broken bathroom door which did not allow it to close, and to top this all off the sheets gave me a terrible rash! I would sleep in a rental car before this Days Inn again.

This hotel was not only the most reasonable hotel we found in Lake Havasu City but the hotel was clean and the parking great for boats... The staff went out of their way to make your stay a welcoming experience. The Pool was clean with fresh towels, continental breakfast was good, and the airconditioneer worked great. Boat broke down and they recommended a great company on their advertising in the room. What could have been a dreadful weekend turned out to be a nice family weekend. * We had tried several hotels in the area they made us feel like we were doing them a favor. If you want customer service and clean place while you are on the River... Days Inn has my recommendation. The only thing I would change is adding Ed's Deli Sandwiches, Scotty's Chicken and Hacienda Mexican food to their places to eat at while your visiting Lake Havsu!

This is the 2nd time we stayed there. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, the continental breakfast was perfect, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and the pool was clean and heated. We came back to stay because the 1st experience there was very pleasant and so was the 2nd and the next time too I'm sure.
