The guy at the desk was rude the minute we got there to check in. Every time we asked him for directions he would just stare at us. The next morning he was walking down the hall in his boxer shorts. The pool water was nasty! It had a terrible odor and the hot tub was slimy green! They never had any towels. My mother's toilet clogged up and when we called for maintenance, they told my husband he had to do it. He hd to go downstairs for the plunger and do the job himself! The rooms were somewhat clean. The hairdryer, microwave and phone did not work in our room. We did not find any breakfast down stairs. It was 8 am. My mother also came home with some bits on her body and had to get some antibiotics from the doctor. We will NEVER stay there again!

I read a review before we went so I wasn't surprised at what I experienced. There was a funky smell in the lobby from the pool being so close I determined. The breakfast is quite skimpy and they don't want you to take any to the room which I found confusing as they have a microwave and refrigerator in the room for food. The bed was comfortable but the spread had holes in it and the linens were yellowed with age. The room was clean. One remote for the tv was dead. The water in the area is horrible so bring your own jug of water. The front desk people are friendly but difficult to understand at first. The cleaing staff doesn't speak English for the most part. The price was good for just sleeping.

When I first checked in I was givin a room with a door that didnt shut.. when I complained they told me no more rooms were available. Then I protested and all of a sudden a room opened up.. Strange. But the next room had a few problems as well. Nothing major, just missing lampshades, an outlet that didnt work, etc. The staff was very friendly overall and tried to make my stay as comfortable as they could. I stayed for almost a week and my room was only cleaned three times, and they forgot to replace towels, soap, and TP which was a little frustrating. I would consider staying here again if I were to travel to this location again.

Minimal breakfast, having to continually ask for more milk and coffee. Only 12 chairs and 2 tables provided in the breakfast area, with a sign asking you not to take the food into the rooms...where do you eat then? The lobby had the smell of 'wet dog' that couldn't be explained. The door in my room never opened properly and the interior lock didn't line up correctly. Would not stay here again.
