We stayed at this hotel overnight and really wished I would have paid the extra money to stay elsewhere. From the moment we drove up, we knew it would be bad. Sitting outside was someone smoking with no shirt or shoes. You go inside and the front desk person was busy chatting with friends and didn't have time for us. The hallways smelled so bad of mold and smoke it was nauseating. The room looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The room key only worked after trying it in the lock about 20 times. The pool was shared with another hotel as well as the community at large. Breakfast was scheduled to be until 10:00am they decided to end it at 9:00am. So we ended up paying* for breakfast. Like I said I should have paid the extra money and stayed somewhere else. I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had no problems. So I figured we would be safe. Did not feel safe or clean the whole time we were there it was gross.

We stayed for 4 nights; rooms were a bit dirty but cleanning staff were great as they always took the time to correct the problem. Breakfast was a not good b/c people and overweight guest hogged the food. We constantly had to ask for butter or bread b/c the food was gone in few minutes. In fact, the kitchen staff kept telling 1/2 before breakfast was over that they had NO more food for us! It was a hassel just to eat peacefully. There were so many kids running and making loud noise and the staff had no authority to fix the problem. It was an okay stay not great or wonderful just okay if you don't mind the hassel for lesser price since A2 is way over priced and overrated!

Hallway had crawling bugs along the baseboards, more of them were in the room. Room had a bad odor, despite being a nonsmoking room. Stains in the bathroom sink/bath tub/toilet, stains on the sheets. The room did not appear to have been cleaned between guests, though the bed was haphazardly made. Would not recommend this place, and have complained to our travel agency about the conditions we found.

This was the most disguisting hotel I've ever stepped foot in ! We were excited to get a jacuzzi suite for a decent price...After seeing this hotel I wouldnt stay here if I got paid to stay! The carpet in the hallways was filty and had cigarette butts laying all over. The rooms were dark and dreery. The bedsheets were on inside out (makes me think they were probably dirty). The shower had mold everywhere! There was a hall in the wall that was covered with wallpaper and I tapped it with my foot and a HUGE black spider came crawling out! We went and got our money back...comes to find out they still charged my credit card so now I have to waste my time doing a dispute! We ended up going across the street and staying at that hotel. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking this hotel. It was HORRIBLE!
