Arrive in my room late friday. No Blanket had to fold the bed spread in half to keep warm no blanket in the room. In AM Sat. no hot water or at least tepid, Coffee pot not working. Gave notice that my plans have changed In the Am by 10:00. That night had a silver fish Bug walking across my bed. between the sheets. When checking out Sunday I was told that I could not have a receipt because i went through travelocity. I requested a statement. Was told no. because I got such a good deal. Was given the manger's phone number and as of yet no response. The door bolt was missing.
