I have never writen a review on a place where I have stayed, however the stay here by far the worse I have ever experienced. We were leaving on day 3 and began to prepair our breakfast from their complimentary breakfast. The sign says that it closes at 9 and we arrived about 10 minutes before. I had to scoop the waffle batter out with a spoon as it was almost empty, I made my duaghters and began making mine and the attendant began putting every thing away and turning things off. I asked her to please turn the juice dispenser back on so I could get my daughter something to drink and she said no. My daughter saw her putting the fruit into a containter and she asked if she could have a banana and she looked at my daughter and said no, which of course made my hungry tired daughter begin to cry. I stepped infront of her and said could you please open the box in your hand and give her a banana, she responded with "the fruit has already been put away" ... I'm sorry but this is by far the most disgusting, ugly, rude, customer service attrocity that I have ever witnessed. I know this is a franchised location but Days Inn should take note of how this owner is behaving in their name. Please do your self a favor and do not stay here. They are uncaring, inhuman and obviously so lazy that they can't open a box in their hand and give a piece of fruit to a crying child because it's 1 minute after 9.

My family arrived at the hotel to find out we had no place to stay. We were told that all the rooms had been flooded. They did not offer us another room at a different Days Inn, a voucher or anything. We had to find a hotel July 4th weekend on July 3rd. We ended up paying an extra 159 dollars to stay at Holiday Inn. I will never been booking at a Days Inn every again. That was a nightmare. We booked are room there a month ahead of arriving to San Antonio and should not have been without a place to stay.

Our party of three stayed four nights at this site. Though we had a problem with a noisy (running) child in an overhead room, otherwise our stay was super. The two gentlemen at the desk, x and x, were most helpful and went over and above just hotel courtesy. Our flight didn't depart until 7:35 p.m. on Sunday. My daughter is a cancer patient and had to rest a good part of the day. x allowed us a late check-out to 2 p.m., and then suggested we just remain in the lobby until we needed to leave for the airport. I was most impressed with his compassion and help. Likewise, x assisted in attempting to take care of the noisy child issue. Both were also very helpful in providing maps and directions to where we wanted to go. The room, the lobby and pool area were very clean. Hotel was very accessible to two interstates. If and when we re-visit the San Antonio area, we would certainly stay at this site.

Dirty carpet in room and on stairway leading to 2nd floor. I experienced broken telephone, non-working microwave and stale cereal with continental breakfast. I informed staff and they did their best to correct these problems. The hotel does not have a true business center. There is a computer at a small desk in a corner of the lobby. The hotel has high speed internet in the room but does not have wireless internet access in all rooms as it advertises. Wireless internet is only available in the lobby as I was informed. I was disappointed with this hotel considering it is relatively new and my outlook from the pictures but for a couple of days stay on a budget you can't go wrong. It is close to the highway, there is a mall nearby and its pretty close to downtown. Hotel staff are friendly and accomdoating but the continental breakfast is very, very minimal and although it is a new hotel, it is fastly deteriorating.
